Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please check below for more information on our return, refund and exchange policy.
Main Terms and Conditions
Our policy lasts within 30 days of delivery. If 31 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as well as we can’t accept a return for any reason. Also:
We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or exchange will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
All items purchased with a store credit are not eligible for return.
All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable
After your order is paid we will start the dispatching process as soon as possible, so cancelling your order isn't always possible.
Please drop an e-mail for us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, we will try to can cancel it and if we can then we will process your refund.
However if we can't cancel your order you will have to wait receiving it and then request for a return, check the process below for more details.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, also it must be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (please see below the return process).
Non returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or used sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Custom products
- Handmade products
To return an item,
Please do not send your purchase back to the remittent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again;
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted;
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you the address you shall send the defective or damaged product, following the process of return related above.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide you when we send your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
