Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please check below for more information on our return, refund and exchange policy.
Main Terms and Conditions
Our policy lasts within 30 days of delivery. If 31 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and can’t accept a return for any reason. Also:
We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or exchange will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
All items purchased with a store credit are not eligible for return.
After your order is paid, we will start the dispatching process as soon as possible, so cancelling your order isn't possible.
You will have to wait to receive it and then request a return. Check the process below for more details.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (please see below the return process).
Please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain our return address to return an item. After that, mail your return to the address provided by email. Don't forget to put your order number on the label.
When informing that you want to return your product, the package must be sent within 3 working days.
If it is sent after this deadline, we will not refund it.
Please do not return your package to sender.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, recheck your bank account;
- Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted;

If you need to exchange a product, send us an email to email@example.com, and we will provide you with the address you shall send the product, following the process of return related above.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
