After your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 40 business days.

The orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment of order.
We work with small factories from all over the world, therefore some of our products are dispatched directly from our warehouses overseas. The warehouses from where the orders are dispatched are located worldwide (e.g.: China, United Kingdom, Sweden, Russia), it means your order will be processed and dispatched according to the stock availability.
We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum, however dispatching delays are inevitable due to the nature of our business.
Tracking your order
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the progress of the shipment, based on the latest updates made by the shipping provider.
Please allow at least 3 business days for the tracking information to be available.

Customs and Tax Charges
All the orders are subject to customs and tax charges. We strongly recommend you check your country's policy on this prior to ordering.
Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs and tax charges.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Wrong Delivery Address
The buyer is responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
If the delivery address is incorrect the goods will probably be delivered to this wrong address and there is nothing we can do about that, the customer will need to solve the issue with the person which lives on the place the merchandise was delivered.
Sometimes the order can be returned if the person at the wrong address refuses to receive the order if the address doesn't exist, in this case it will be returned and the customer will pay the returning expenses and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
However if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We can't guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address but we will do our best to help you.
Delivery if Recipient is Not At Home
The courier should either leave your parcel in a safe place or drop a notification letter in your mailbox.
Usually the courier reattempt delivery at least once or they you request you to pick up your order on local office. Be sure to take the notification received and some photo ID with you to pick up your package.
If you can't receive the order or pick up it at the local office, the goods will be returned at your expense and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Items Missing in The Order
If you order has more than one product, usually they will arrive separately as our products can be dispatched from different locations.
You should receive tracking number for each parcel, but if you are still unsure about your missing item don't hesite and contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Items Lost or Stolen
If your tracking information states that your packages has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.
However if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it immediately to the shipping courrier of your country.
